Partnership Agreement
The Love Madagascar Company being a Company with a virtual platform, where tourist service providers will be able to benefit from wide visibility by tourists wishing to spend a stay on the Malagasy island, to be part of our partners, and to be displayed on our site, must meet the following conditions:
The Company Love Madagascar acts as an intermediary (agent) between customers wishing to benefit from your services, and your company.
It is in no way a party to the contract that will be concluded between the customer and the service provider, and can therefore in no way be bound by the provisions that will be in force between the customer and the service provider, the latter being free to establish the terms of the contract at its discretion, without any intervention from the Company Love Madagascar;

Obligations of the service provider:
- Obligation to provide accurate information to the Company Love Madagascar as well as to the customer
- The service provider will be personally liable for the faults committed by him towards the customer in the event of damage caused by his act, such as the fact of providing inaccurate information, to mislead him or non-performance of the contract by him, towards the customer. , etc. , and will be required to repair the damage caused
- The service provider will refrain from any illicit canvassing tending to discredit or harm, or to resort to any form of unfair competition towards the Company Love Madagascar, under penalty of damages left to the discretion of the competent court.
- Any fault in the contract on the part of either party will result in the termination of this contract, after assessment by the competent court.
- Any party may also terminate this agreement, but requires the express agreement of the other party, and duly recorded in writing.
Rules on the Commission perceived by the Company Love Madagascar:
- A percentage will be established by agreement between La Société Love Madagascar and its partners, for each customer who has made a reservation from our site.
The bases of this commission will be:
- Percentage calculated by mutual agreement
- The importance of the reservation, given the number of people, whether it is a single individual, family, group, etc….
- The percentage of commission will vary according to the tourist sites and their importance, as well as the type of establishment
- Duration of the service used by the customer
When is commission paid:
- When the stay has been completed and the customer has paid his bill
- As soon as you make profits through our site, even though the customer has not stayed with you, having contracted a non-refundable reservation, or whether the reservation is partially refundable or not.
- As soon as the customer has not canceled the reservation within the time limit and is obliged to pay this
When there is no commission payment:
- When the customer has canceled the reservation within the period where it is still authorized, or in the event of cancellation of the reimbursement or cancellation costs by you
- In the event of non-payment by the customer, due to an invalidity of the customer’s payment card, until this payment is collected in a legal manner
( For the case of overbooking, it is better to agree bilaterally with the service provider , the same for the monthly invoices).
